By using this website or contracting our services, you agree to the following terms:

Nature of the Services

Orange Servicios Integrales de Fertilidad acts exclusively as a coordination and logistics management agency.

Our functions include:

  • Guidance on fertility and surrogacy processes.

  • Liaison and communication with reproduction clinics, laboratories and specialists.

  • Assistance with logistics and administrative procedures.

  • Support and management of related legal processes.

Medical Liability Disclaimer

Orange Fertility is not a medical institution or a hospital.

  • The execution of medical procedures (egg retrieval, embryo transfer, etc.) is the sole responsibility of the certified clinics and doctors with whom the case is coordinated.

  • The results of fertility treatments depend on biological and medical factors beyond the Agency's control, therefore Orange Fertility does not guarantee the success of clinical procedures.

Commitment to Transparency and Humanism

We are committed to providing an organized and personalized experience. Orange Fertility will provide clear information about costs, estimated times, and requirements for each process, always acting in accordance with principles of ethics and honesty.

User/Patient Obligations

The user agrees to:

  • Provide truthful and complete information about your health status and background.

  • Comply with the protocols and schedules established by the coordinated medical specialists.

  • Make payments for management and coordination services as agreed in the specific contracts.

Confidentiality and Privacy

All information shared between the patient and Orange Fertility will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Orange Fertility guarantees that sensitive data will be used solely for the purpose of coordinating the contracted treatment.

Intellectual Property

The content of this website (texts, logos, designs, and photographs) is the property of Orange Fertility or is properly licensed. Reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without written authorization.

Limitation of Logistics Liability

While the agency assists in organizing transfers and stays, it is not responsible for flight cancellations, strikes, natural disasters or any force majeure event that disrupts the logistics of patients or external service providers.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

For any dispute arising from the use of the website or the provision of services, the parties submit to the laws applicable in the State of Yucatán, Mexico, and to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city of Mérida, Yucatán.

Modifications

Orange Fertility reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
